What Is an DTF Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a single print sheet containing multiple designs arranged together. Rather than ordering individual transfers, you can place several logos, images, names, graphics, or designs onto one sheet and cut them apart after pressing.

DTF (Direct to Film) transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, hoodies, t-shirts, workwear, tote bags, sportswear, and many other fabric products.

Artwork Requirements

For best results:

• Supply a completed gang sheet

• PNG format preferred

• Transparent background

• RGB colour mode

• 300 DPI recommended

• Leave white areas as white (#FFFFFF)

• Do not mirror artwork

• No embedded colour profiles

Please ensure all artwork is positioned exactly as required before uploading. We print gang sheets as supplied and do not rearrange artwork unless specifically agreed.

Heat Press Instructions

Cotton

• Temperature: 150°C

• Time: 10–12 seconds

• Pressure: Medium to firm

Polyester

• Temperature: 130°C

• Time: 10–12 seconds

• Pressure: Medium

Application Instructions

1. Pre-press garment for 5 seconds.

2. Position the transfer.

3. Press using the recommended settings.

4. Peel warm.

5. Cover with greaseproof paper or parchment paper.

6. Repress for 5 seconds.

Home Iron Instructions

You Will Need

• Baking parchment or greaseproof paper

• Hard flat surface

• Iron set to HIGH / COTTON

• Steam OFF

Steps

1. Pre-iron garment for 5 seconds.

2. Position the transfer.

3. Cover with parchment paper.

4. Press firmly for 15–20 seconds.

5. Allow to cool slightly.

6. Peel the carrier film.

7. Cover again and repress for 10 seconds.

Important

• Do not move the iron during pressing.

• Apply firm pressure.

• Larger designs may need pressing in sections.

Washing Instructions

• Wait 24 hours before first wash.

• Wash inside out at 40°C.

• Do not iron directly onto the print.

• Avoid tumble drying where possible.

• Artwork quality directly affects print quality.
