Important Notice: Suspension of Deliveries to Northern Ireland

We are deeply sorry to inform our valued customers in Northern Ireland that, as of 1 May 2025, we have had to suspend all deliveries to the region. This decision comes in response to new customs declaration requirements introduced under the Windsor Framework, which now treat shipments from Great Britain to Northern Ireland similarly to international exports .

These changes necessitate additional documentation and processing steps that our current systems are not equipped to handle efficiently. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to pause our delivery services to Northern Ireland until we can adapt our operations to meet these new requirements.

We fully understand the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause, and we offer our sincerest apologies. We deeply value our Northern Irish customers and are committed to exploring solutions that will allow us to resume deliveries in the future. Should there be changes in legislation or advancements in our systems that enable us to streamline these processes, we will make every effort to reinstate our services promptly.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support during this challenging time.
