Royal Mail Strikes

We have been advised by Royal Mail that there will be strikes happening over the coming few days & weeks, so deliveries will be delayed.

Please be advised that if you wish to place an order with us within the next month, we ask that you take into account some normal Royal Mail delivery days are not available.

We do have a courier option as well, so if you wish to have your order within the strike periods, you can select Courier for an additional charge, they will do their best to deliver your parcel the next working day, but please bear in mind they will be very busy with everyone using their service during this period, so we ask that you allow an extra couple of days for delivery.

Please bear with us during this period as this is something which is completely out of our hands. We will continue to do our absolute best to get your order out to you as quickly as we can.

We also have a Click and Collect service at our Redditch office, so if you do not want to wait for your order and you live local to us, you are welcome to select Click and Collect and we will drop you an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
